The Quincy City Council will hold our weekly meeting on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010. The meeting will be held at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers located inside City Hall, 8th and Maine.
There are no single 3rd Ward issues, however we will be discussing changes to the ordinance for ground mounted signs and the I3 pilot project.

A report of the traffic commission recommending that “No Parking” be established by posting proper signage commencing at the corner of North 24th & High St. north side and extending east a distance of 260’.
A report of the traffic commission recommending a “4-Way Stop” at the intersection of 25th & Spring St. be denied.

Paul Havermale was elected to the city council in 2003 and re-elected in 2007. Paul is a graduate of Quincy High School and a veteran of the Army, serving in
the 101st Airborne from 1985-1988. Besides being an alderman, Paul is the General Manager of Alarm Systems, Inc. Paul and his wife Pam
have 3 sons: Gregory, Matthew and Bradley. Paul is a member of St. Peter’s church, and has been active in St.
Dominic’s PTO, The Quincy Park District, CYO, and The Quincy Preservation Commission, among many others.
